Something that I believe should be a main part of personal descipline is 2D thinking Model. My definition for that is in order to get jobs really done & to stay still & on the order, we need to think this way. The dimensions are going to be first the tasks which we are supposed to get done & the other one is time.
There have been many times which I have tried to get various tasks done in a specific period of time but I have somehow ended up by getting only one of them done & then looking around to find out the time has ran out & day is gone & I have missed the other tasks. That was because I missed the time factor.
Considering the time factor in the daily life would further help us to connect to the reality (the world outside).
There could be other dimensions in the day to day management of the works such as Priority setting, fack checking, cost consideration & many other things, but I rather to start with time which is the most defining of the all. I try to compare all those elements in another post.
So, how should I get myself used to this model of thinking? Well, I think I have to consider a set of rules such as working in 45 min + 15 Min fashion (or 50 min + 10 min). That is 45 minutues spending on the execution of each task or part of a task defined in an hour & 15 minutes on a little break & thinking on planning the next task. (This is a Task Driven Life, which I would like to consider it a goal driven life which I would like to live in). That rule is a way of adding one dynamic in a good way to further grab my attention to the time factor in a period of an hour while might give me the signal on the time factor on the larger scale that is a day & beyond.
